This site has no forms and does not collect personal data by itself. Table bookings and takeaway orders are made on the online services reserve.joinoko.com and order.joinoko.com, operated by OKO (BAD PARTNERS) on behalf of the restaurant: name, phone, email and the details of the booking or order are requested there.

Managing bookings and orders, answering your requests.

4. Legal basis (GDPR, art. 6)

Performance of the contract (booking or order) and/or your consent.

5. Retention

This site keeps no data by itself. Booking and order data processed on the online services are kept for 3 years by the restaurant and its processor.

6. Recipients

SUSHI D'OR A VOLONTE 07 and its technical processor OKO (BAD PARTNERS), acting within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. No data is sold.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability. To exercise them: by phone on +33 4 75 39 51 92 or through OKO's DPO: privacy@joinoko.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookie policy

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is shown on arrival.

Only the Google Maps map on the home page sets third-party cookies (Google LLC). It is loaded only after your prior, free and informed consent, given by clicking “Show the Google Maps map” in the “Getting here” section; nothing is requested from Google before that click.
